I’ve been a Licensed Realtor and subsequent Broker for 15 years with experience in residential and commercial real estate sales as well as leasing in the tri-parish area. As a Broker, I oversee several Licensed Realtors and apply proven leadership techniques to provide them with the knowledge necessary for growth.

I have over 60 million dollars in closed sales, am in the top 10% of real estate agents within the Greater Baton Rouge MLS from 2015 to present, and was the top producing agent award recipient for two consecutive years at my former brokerage prior to opening my own company.

About the Broker/Owner:
Lisa Pizzalato is the Broker/Owner of Zatta Real Estate Group. Lisa spent the first half of her career in the legal field and has worked as a Paralegal for some of the most prestigious law firms in our area. In 2007, she attended real estate school and subsequently received her license as a Realtor in 2008 followed by her Broker’s license in 2015.

Her experience as a Paralegal combined with her knowledge as a Broker will provide you with a real estate service where every detail is examined closely and where contractual language and legalities involved with a real estate transaction are not overlooked. As an experienced Broker, she is familiar with current market conditions, knows the neighborhoods inside and out, and can help you select the best one for you and/or your family’s needs.
